Your private profile and reflections

When you sign in and save, your preferred name, focus, location, channels, saved resource IDs, and journal entries are stored in the hosted website database, linked to your account. The website checks your signed-in identity for every profile request. Other visitors cannot browse your profile, and reflections do not appear in the public directory or reviewer submission inbox.

This is not an end-to-end encrypted journal or a medical record. Authorized service operators may have access for operations and support. Avoid storing sensitive medical records. Sign out on shared devices.

Use My profile to download or delete your online data. Deleting profile data does not delete your Clerk sign-in account; manage that using the account button. No automatic retention period is currently configured. Contact us if you need help with deletion.

Older browser data

Plans and reflections saved before accounts were introduced remain on the original browser. They are uploaded only when you choose Import old browser data while signed in. Import keeps the original copy. You can separately delete that browser copy. Anyone using that browser profile may access it.

Account sign-in

Clerk provides email/password sign-in, verification, password recovery, and necessary authentication cookies. Passwords are handled by Clerk, not stored in the OT Oraculum profile database. Read Clerk’s privacy policy. Calming sounds are generated in your browser, start only when you press play, and do not upload audio.

Submissions and messages

When you submit a form, the details you enter are stored in the website’s hosted database for the site reviewer. Directory submissions stay private until approved. Approved resource details and professional business contact information appear publicly in the directory. Support messages and reply email addresses are never included in public listings.

Keep your submission reference. Use Contact and corrections to request correction or deletion. Submitted records are retained until the reviewer deletes them; there is currently no automatic deletion period. Please do not submit patient records or other sensitive health information.

Hosting and sign-in

OT Oraculum uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure to serve pages and store submissions and private profiles. Hosting providers may process technical request information. The site uses a temporary, hourly changing hash of the requesting IP address to limit submission spam; rate-limit records expire after two hours and are cleaned up when new submissions arrive. Reviewer access uses ChatGPT sign-in; directory browsing does not require an account when the site is public. A restricted preview requires invited visitors to sign in.

External websites

Linked organizations have their own privacy practices. Your filters are not automatically sent to them. OT Oraculum does not add advertising, analytics, or device-location tracking.

Questions or requests

Send a privacy or deletion request. Include a reply email if you want the reviewer to respond.
